Are you a strategic finance leader with a passion for operational excellence, compliance, and long-term growth? We’re seeking an experienced VP of Finance and Accounting to oversee our financial strategy, accounting operations, and team leadership during a time of dynamic expansion.

This role involves managing all aspects of financial planning, reporting, accounting operations, compliance, and internal controls.

What You'll Do

Oversee all accounting and finance operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax reporting.

Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP (or applicable standards).

Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure planning.

Develop and implement financial strategies that align with business goals.

Maintain and enhance internal controls and ensure regulatory and legal compliance.

Lead annual audit processes and coordinate with external auditors.

Advise the CEO, board of directors, and executive leadership on financial performance and strategic direction.

Oversee risk management and insurance activities.

Manage and mentor finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Evaluate and implement financial systems and tools to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master’s degree (MBA or MS in Finance/Accounting) strongly preferred.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation highly preferred.

10+ years of progressively responsible experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Extensive knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Demonstrated experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning processes.

Proficient in financial software, ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle), and Excel modeling.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and develop cross-functional teams.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
