About the Firm: Our client is a leading Full Service Middle Market Investment Bank in the Los Angeles Area. They have made a name for themselves in the Consumer space and, coming off a good year, are looking to grow their team.

Role Overview: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for the Consumer industry. As an Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting senior bankers in executing transactions, conducting market research, and developing client presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions.

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling.

Prepare detailed pitch books, presentations, and transaction documents.

Maintain and update financial databases and models.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in investment banking

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
