Responsibilities
Develop and optimize business plans and budgets: Prepare comprehensive plans covering revenues, costs, capital expenditures, and functional budgets, continuously improving processes for better insights and integration.
Lead collaborative forecasting and financial reporting: Drive a collaborative forecasting process, ensuring plans include detailed KPIs and integrate with monthly and quarterly forecasts and management reporting systems.
Provide timely feedback and training: Offer ongoing feedback to financial control teams, ensuring outputs meet international standards, and provide training to aid development.
Prepare and present financial results: Collaborate on monthly financial results and forecasts, prepare half-year and year-end audited financial statements, and contribute to investor presentation materials.
Promote staff development and system improvements: Actively coach team members, seek cross-border development opportunities, and identify and recommend system improvements to meet business needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
Upstream accounting experience highly preferred
