Job Title: User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Lead

Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid)

Job Type: Long-term Contract

**MUST RESIDE IN THE COLUMBUS, OH AREA**

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Lead for a long-term contract position based in Columbus, OH. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, providing flexibility and a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

Attend Functional Design review/approval sessions and collaborate with vendor partners to address UAT team queries.

Build effective relationships with Stakeholder Agency UAT Test Leads, leadership, and vendor partners to appropriately distribute testing responsibilities.

Plan UAT resource capacity and schedules in coordination with leadership and other UAT Test Leads.

Monitor and report both resource-level and release-level metrics to ensure compliance with timelines and quality expectations. Track key milestones using Quality Gate checklists (Design, System Test, Deployment).

Prepare and present regular UAT status updates to stakeholders and leadership. Deliver the UAT End Quality Gate Presentation.

Collaborate with the UAT Automation Test Lead to determine which test scripts should be automated.

Coordinate with the Technical Team to ensure the readiness of test environments.

Oversee the access provisioning process to ensure timely setup for testers.

Lead the UAT Release Team during scripting and execution: conduct regular defect triage meetings, coordinate retesting, and maintain schedule and quality standards.

Coordinate and execute testing across all relevant systems including Eligibility & Enrollment, Call Center, Document Management, and Automated Functions.

Qualifications:

10 years of experience in developing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Proficiency in using test management tools to manage and monitor UAT processes.

Strong communication skills demonstrated through specific examples.

Understanding of core business use cases and the ability to distinguish them from agency-specific use cases.

Deep understanding of the Ohio Benefits Program, including systems for eligibility adjudication, document management, and telephony services (Highly desired).

Experience working with JIRA software (Highly desired).
