The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the effective support, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday Human Resources Information System. This role serves as a key partner to HR and other departments, ensuring data integrity, resolving system issues, enhancing functionality, and supporting end-users through training and communication. The ideal candidate is analytical, service-oriented, and proficient in managing HRIS operations within a collaborative, values-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Workday, including organization setup, workflow improvements, and reporting challenges.

Build and maintain system structures and reports to support business operations and ensure data accuracy.

Support other departments with HRIS-related inquiries, offering clear guidance and timely issue resolution.

Document and track resolutions for recurring issues, while maintaining a positive user experience.

Develop and implement training materials and communication strategies to ensure effective system use across the organization.

Facilitate and support Workday transactions and generate standard and ad-hoc reports in accordance with internal and external requirements.

Participate in the design and execution of system testing and quality assurance initiatives to validate updates and enhancements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system functionality with business needs.

Maintain regular and dependable attendance.

Participate in all mandatory training and compliance activities, including health and safety programs.

Adhere to ethical and compliance standards, reporting any potential issues through appropriate channels.

Qualifications:

Prior experience with Workday or a similar HRIS platform is strongly preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently as well as in a team environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with HR data and reporting.
