Junior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, monitor, and update application systems while ensuring overall performance and reliability

• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, implementing modifications and enhancements as needed

• Test and implement new software and procedural changes, including end-user training

• Develop and update documentation, reports, and data files to support business processes

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in application/system support and troubleshooting

• Strong skills in documentation and process improvement

• Ability to provide technical support and training to business users

• Familiarity with reporting, data monitoring, and procedural compliance

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Experience acting as a liaison between software vendors, users, and corporate departments

• AWS Developer experience or understanding of developer environments is a strong plus
