About the Role
We’re searching for a Senior Investment Management Analyst—an experienced and proactive finance professional ready to take on a leadership role within the investment team. This role goes beyond spreadsheets. You’ll be guiding junior analysts, overseeing transaction pipelines, and providing direct strategic support to senior leadership.
This is not a siloed position—you’ll be collaborating with operations, asset management, and executive leadership to shape strategy and drive real-time decisions. The position is highly visible and built for someone who thrives in an agile environment without rigid processes.
Role Breakdown
25% – Analyst Oversight & Quality Control
Review financial models and underwriting completed by analysts
Ensure accuracy and consistency across deal packages
Mentor junior staff and help create scalable internal workflows
25% – Transaction Oversight
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on deal execution
Track pipeline progress, documentation, and key transaction deadlines
Provide strategic guidance and due diligence review
30% – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Develop and manage property-level and portfolio-wide budgets
Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and performance reviews
Present findings and strategic insights to leadership
20% – Cross-Functional Operations
Liaise with operations, asset management, and construction teams
Identify and implement financial strategies to optimize performance
Support process creation in a fast-growing and lightly structured environment
What You Bring
5–8 years of experience in real estate investment management, FP&A, consulting, or transaction advisory
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills are a must
Prior experience mentoring or managing analysts strongly preferred
Able to thrive in ambiguity—you're a problem-solver, not a people-pleaser
Strong communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives
Confident, grounded, and driven to make a long-term impact
Background in multifamily or real estate private equity a plus
