About the Company

We are partnering with a high-growth, privately held real estate investment firm specializing in multifamily acquisitions, turnarounds, and long-term asset optimization. With over 3,000 units under management and more on the horizon, this firm is scaling fast across key Sunbelt markets and building a best-in-class investment team to match.

This is a culture-first environment led by a hands-on, entrepreneurial leadership team that values ownership, execution, and long-term thinking.

About the Role

We’re searching for a Senior Investment Management Analyst—an experienced and proactive finance professional ready to take on a leadership role within the investment team. This role goes beyond spreadsheets. You’ll be guiding junior analysts, overseeing transaction pipelines, and providing direct strategic support to senior leadership.

This is not a siloed position—you’ll be collaborating with operations, asset management, and executive leadership to shape strategy and drive real-time decisions. The position is highly visible and built for someone who thrives in an agile environment without rigid processes.

20% – Cross-Functional Operations

Liaise with operations, asset management, and construction teams

Identify and implement financial strategies to optimize performance

Support process creation in a fast-growing and lightly structured environment

What You Bring

5–8 years of experience in real estate investment management, FP&A, consulting, or transaction advisory

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills are a must

Prior experience mentoring or managing analysts strongly preferred

Able to thrive in ambiguity—you're a problem-solver, not a people-pleaser

Strong communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives

Confident, grounded, and driven to make a long-term impact

Background in multifamily or real estate private equity a plus

Why This Role?

High Impact – Direct visibility with senior executives, including the CEO

Autonomy – Shape the way things are done and help build foundational processes

Growth Trajectory – Structured internal mobility path to Manager and Director roles

Dynamic Culture – Agile, collaborative, ambitious—led by a forward-thinking team
