Our client is currently seeking an Investment Client Service Associate to join their Wilmington, DE firm. The role will work with an assigned client service team to support High Net Worth clients. The firm offers ample career development and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring accurate data and documentation by regularly monitoring and updating firm database and applications

Working with operations and custodians to ensure accurate requests processing

Completing new account subscription agreements, contracts, and other documentation

Overseeing accounting closings and openings

Handling deposits, withdrawals, gifting, and other security and cash movements

Providing advisors with client accounts and regular client service support

Skills/ Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree

0-5 years financial services experience

Strong attention to detail

Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency

Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment

Additional Details:

Salary: $90k + bonus

Employment Type: Direct Hire

The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
