Risk Analyst

A large financial institution is hiring for an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Analyst. This growing regional bank is building out a competitive risk program as they achieve exponential growth. This role is focused on enhancing the bank's risk governance, policy framework, and reporting structure.

This role is hybrid, requiring 4 days on site in the Charlotte, NC office. No sponsorship opportunities are available at this time.

Responsibilities

Update governance framework writing and regulatory reporting

Own the risk appetite statement and risk framework

Provide policy management and insight around proper writing and mapping

Manage materials and agenda, including board reporting decks

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field

Risk management experience in a large banking environment.
