Vice President Operations

Airswift is working in partnership with a provider of natural gas compression equipment and services to customers globally in the Oil & Gas, Power, Transportation, and Marine sectors, which is currently looking to hire a Vice President of Operations for their Remanufacturing and Swing Engine Program.

Key responsibilities include:

Leadership: Setting and executing a vision for the remanufacturing and swing engine program.

Operational Acumen: Improving utilization, cost management, resource development, and KPI implementation.

Financial Performance: Managing annual budgets, S&OP forecasting, and cost controls.

Quality & Safety: Ensuring a robust quality program and maintaining safety leadership.

Growth & Market Expansion: Driving market insights, innovation, and business growth.

Essential Skills & Experience Required:

Industry experience in energy, transportation, or heavy equipment manufacturing.

Hands-on experience with changeover equipment, high-speed engines and remanufacturing.

Strong technical background with a solid understanding of heavy equipment operations.

Proven success working in low-volume, high-value, high-mix manufacturing environments.

Demonstrated ability to drive operational improvements and implement change management initiatives.

Experience developing and managing budgets with a focus on efficiency and cost control.

Track record of leading cross-functional efforts to standardize and streamline operational practices.

Ability to serve as a catalyst for organizational change and continuous improvement.
