Role Summary:
Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Reports to: Principal Financial Analyst
Supports internal controls and compliance related to revenue, COGS, inventory, and intercompany accounting
Leads reporting and analysis for revenue-related accounts, including customer rebates, commission accruals, and sales returns
Manages intercompany reconciliations, intellectual property postings, and chargebacks
Contributes to monthly close and reporting for non-manufacturing international entities
Works in OneStream and SAP to perform account reconciliations and resolve variances
Collaborates with teams domestically and internationally to improve processes and accuracy of reporting
Team Structure:
Reports directly to a Principal Financial Analyst
Works closely with the broader Corporate Controlling team
Expected to collaborate cross-functionally across global business units and accounting functions
No direct reports, but responsible for owning key reporting areas and influencing process improvement
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred)
Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with exposure to manufacturing or intercompany processes
Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and corporate accounting principles
Prior experience in revenue and inventory accounting is strongly preferred
Strong proficiency in Excel, with bonus points for SAP, OneStream, BPC, BI tools, or HFM
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-change environment
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $120K–$130K
Yearly Bonus Percentage
