Job Description
We are seeking a Lighting Project Manager/Coordinator!
Responsible for handling all aspects of national account client management to include plan take off, product pricing, product and project quotes, order entry, inventory projections, project follow up, shipment tracking, vendor, contractor, and client relations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of commercial lighting project from planning to implementation
Comprehensive plan take offs, product quotes from suppliers and cost proposals to the client.
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to plans and specifications
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction management, commercial lighting or other related fields
Familiarity with construction management software
Strong negotiation skills
