We’re hiring fearless, motivated individuals to canvas neighborhoods across Central Florida. You’ll knock on doors, talk to homeowners, and set appointments for free roof inspections. There will be no selling—just setting appointments. If you have the grit, confidence, and hustle to match, we’ll give you the training, tools, and real pay to succeed.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Walk neighborhoods and connect with homeowners.

Offer FREE Roof Health Checks — no obligation, no pressure.

Educate on roofing concerns in our area (we’ll teach you what to say).

Set appointments for our licensed pros to follow up—that’s it.

WHAT IT TAKES

No fear of knocking doors — you’re not here to hide behind a screen.

Excellent communication — people listen when you talk.

Reliable — you show up, stay late, and leave it all on the street.

Can work outdoors and on foot for several hours.

Sales experience helps, but we train attitude over resume.

WHAT YOU GET

$20/hr base pay + $50 bonus for every appointment that holds

(That’s right. 6 solid appointments in a day? $20/hr + $300.)

Top performers average $200–$500/day

Daily and weekly cash bonuses + spiffs

Paid training, tech tools, and field support
