Job Summary:

We are seeking a personable, energetic, and reliable server to join our front-of-house team at our Easton location. As a server, you will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently making suggestions and recommendations to meet guest expectations

Provide detailed menu knowledge and answer guest questions

Deliver orders promptly and check on guests regularly

Handle payment transactions (cash and POS system)

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Follow health and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous serving experience in a full-service concept

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Team-oriented with a positive attitude
