Job Description

Construction Helper Manual Laborer needed in Alvarado TX. at a precast concrete company. MUST have experience in construction!

Position Details:

Pay: $18–$22/hour (depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 4–5 AM until finish

Occasional Saturdays required for warehouse cleanup

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of sit-down forklift experience (certification preferred)

Must be willing to cross-train in various roles

Comfortable working outside in the yard

Must be okay with climbing ladders

Perform other duties as assigned

Will be doing general labor and anything the client asks you to do

Will be doing 10+ hours overtime

Will be working in a non-climate control environment.

MUST be bilingual (English and Spanish)

You will be mixing concrete mixtures
