On-Site
Monday - Friday
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with a 45-minute lunch (37.5 hours per week)
What you will do:
Enter applications into the company system
Create and send letters to customers
Assist other team members as needed - could include processing internal and external transfers or responding to emails
Enter data and update client information in the system, ensuring accuracy within the system
Work collaboratively within a team setting as needed
Make outbound phone calls as necessary to gather additional information
What you will need to be successful:
Previous office or processing experience
Proficiency in computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.) is essential
Strong computer skills to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems
Ability to adapt to changing processes
Excellent customer service skills, including making phone calls and communicating professionally via phone, email, and face-to-face to resolve customer concerns
Keen attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities
