We have an exciting opportunity in our Information Technology Department for a SQL and Power BI Administrator.

As a SQL and Power BI Administrator, you will ensure the performance, integrity, and accessibility of our data systems—playing a pivotal role in supporting a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making. You’ll work across teams to deliver reliable reporting, empower insights, and uphold our commitment to excellence and integrity in everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

Champion data integrity and security by managing, monitoring, and optimizing SQL Server environments—upholding our value of Integrity through accuracy, reliability, and compliance.

Drive innovation by designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards that transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Foster collaboration by partnering with departments and vendors to support integrations and ensure timely access to the data teams need to serve our members.

Ensure system excellence by proactively tuning performance, automating maintenance tasks, and documenting best practices that enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.

Empower decision-making by managing data connectivity and Power BI services to ensure fast, secure, and accessible reporting for all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in SQL Server database administration, including backups, performance tuning, and security.

2+ years of experience in Power BI, including report development, environment administration, and data modeling.

Strong proficiency with T-SQL, Power BI gateways, and data integration from multiple sources.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities with a member-first mindset.

Clear understanding of data governance, role-based access controls, and compliance best practices.
