Project Manager – Residential Construction

As we grow, we're looking for a motivated and organized Project Manager to help us deliver projects on time and on budget.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Project Manager to oversee and coordinate residential new construction projects in the Houston area. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in residential construction or project management, and the ability to manage multiple subcontractors while maintaining quality and schedule expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee residential construction projects from start to finish

Manage and schedule up to 20 subcontractors per project

Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and compliance

Communicate project updates, changes, and issues to stakeholders and leadership

Order materials, track expenses, and manage project documentation

Resolve project conflicts or issues as they arise on-site

Qualifications:

2+ years of project management experience, preferably in residential construction

Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and timelines simultaneously

Proficient with project management tools, Microsoft Office, and construction management software (preferred)

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred:

Experience in residential construction project management

Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

Ownership of a truck for site visits and transportation of materials when needed

Degree in Construction Management or related field

Project Management certification (PMP) or other relevant credentials
