Location: Wadsworth, OH

Shift: 2nd Shift 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Monday–Friday

Job Type: Full-Time Temp-to-Hire Immediate Start

Plastic Extrusion Operator

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Job Overview:

Join our team as a Plastic Extrusion Operator! This role involves setting up and operating extrusion machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient production while maintaining high-quality standards. Experience in plastics manufacturing or extrusion is preferred, but candidates with a strong manufacturing background will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate extrusion equipment to manufacture plastic products

Monitor extrusion processes, ensuring product quality and consistency

Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production

Perform quality checks and document production results

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to safety and cleanliness standards

Requirements for Plastic Extrusion Operator:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in plastic extrusion or related manufacturing

Experience with machinery setup, operation, and troubleshooting

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Willingness to train on 1st shift for 1–2 weeks before transitioning to 2nd shift
