Job Description
Our client is a manufacturing company. They seek a temp to perm Administrative Assistant to join their Newark, NJ office.
Responsibilities
Input, maintain, and update documentation in ERP for all sample orders
Enter sample requests, product launch allotments, and showroom replenishments
Answer all incoming calls to the warehouse
Organize and oversee all international orders leaving the warehouse
Keep track of and order all supplies for the warehouse
Oversee a direct line of communication with all methods of shipping and freight
Liaise between Client Success and Sales Representatives within the warehouse
Relay any necessary order information to the Warehouse Manager or Floor Supervisor
Train employees in ERP as needed for backup
Requirements
Previous administrative experience
Open to industry background
Presentable and professional
Excellent communication skills
Skilled in Excel
