Novel Prep is expanding, and we’re looking for an organized, enthusiastic, and service-oriented Academic Coordinator to join our team in Diamond Bar, CA!If you thrive in a fast-paced education environment and enjoy supporting students, parents, and teachers—this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:

Welcome and assist teachers, parents, and students with warmth and professionalism

Manage academic scheduling and support classroom logistics

Maintain a clean, organized front desk and learning space

Assist with daily center operations and academic program coordination

What We’re Looking For:

-At least 2 year of experience in the education industry

-Sales or business development experience is a plus

-Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

-Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to handle a dynamic workload
