Valley-wide successful business is growing! Due to increasing business, we are looking for an Inventory Manager to manage several warehouses in the Phoenix area. This is a Monday-Friday day shift position.
Job Responsibilities will include:
Resolve any and all inventory issues, maintain and update inventory tracking system
Conduct daily counts in order to forecast any upcoming potential inventory issues
Develop inventory control procedures, assist in recruiting inventory staff, supervise and train staff
Address and resolve discrepancies, oveersee all business activity relating to store inventory control
Work with other departments and management team to maintain accurate inventory
Other projects as required
Qualifications:
HS Diploma or equivalent - any college is a plus
Minimum of 5 years of inventory management experience - some supervisory experience required
Must be able to life 75 lbs and must be able to work inside and outside of the warehouse(s) area
Proven leadership skills along with working in a team environment
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, along with proven organizaitonal skil
Must be dependable to show up on time and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times
Must be computer literate and able to learn new software (ERP environment)
