Overview:

We’re looking for a full-time sales closer to manage inbound leads from online ads, nurture them, and convert them into booked consultations at one of our Boston-area clinics.

This is not a receptionist role.

This is a high-stakes phone-based sales position where your job is to turn cold leads into paying customers — fast.

We get 1,000+ new leads a month. Your job is to own those leads:

Follow up, follow through, and convert.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Make high-volume outbound calls and SMS follow-ups to new and aging leads

Book 75+ consultations per week (in-person or virtual)

Manage consult pipeline: from “Just inquired” to “Showed and Bought”

Track lead status in our CRM (Boulevard/GoHiLevel familiarity a plus)

Coordinate closely with location managers and treatment providers

Report directly to the CEO multiple times per day on status, wins, and blockers

Your Targets:

1,000 leads/month 75 booked consults/week

15% conversion rate (consult purchase)

Fastest possible response time to every new inquiry

This is a data-driven role.

No fluff. No busywork. If the phone isn’t ringing, you’re making it ring.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has a background in phone-based sales, collections, or outbound follow-up

Feels comfortable making 150-200 calls/day

Understands urgency, persistence, and discipline

Can navigate basic software systems and CRMs comfortably

Can work 6 days/week (M–Sat or Tues–Sun)

Lives in the Boston area (this is a partially remote job)

We are open to candidates from all industries — but you must have outbound sales experience.

If you’ve worked in debt collection, call centers, or high-volume phone sales — we want to talk to you.

Compensation:

Base salary: $50K–$60K/year

Performance-based bonus: up to $60K/year extra

Target total earnings: $100K–$120K/year (but only if you deliver)

This role will reward you massively if you hit the numbers.
