About the Role:

The Inside Sales Associate plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our company by effectively managing customer relationships and sales processes. This position is responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with our product offerings. The Inside Sales Associate will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention. An Inside Sales Associate sells products and services remotely, typically through phone, email, or other online channels, rather than meeting customers face-to-face. The position focuses on developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying and qualifying leads, and closing deals.

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills are a MUST.

Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Industry experience: Knowledge and/or experience in home improvement products and/or building materials is a plus.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written): Essential for interacting with customers and closing deals.

Negotiation skills: Ability to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

Problem-solving skills: Identifying and addressing customer concerns.

Product knowledge: Understanding the features, benefits, and uses of the products or services being sold.

Sales and customer service experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is often desired.

Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools: Ability to manage leads and track sales activities.

Adaptability and willingness to learn: Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset: Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
