Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traveling Electrical Foreman/ Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Relocation assistance available for the right fit!
You will need to be located in Lexington, KY, where the company is headquartered. You will be traveling to projects throughout the US. Compensation for travel and per diem provided.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, ensuring that it is delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to drive project success.
Electrical Foreman/ Construction Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and work plans.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Communicate project status updates and reports to clients, executives, and team members.
Manage and mitigate project risks, including delays and budget overruns.
Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and efficiency on job sites.
Electrical Foreman/ Construction Project Manager Qualifications:
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in construction project management.
Experience with Electrical Project Management and low voltage.
Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary:
$40-$50/hr - $100k+ annually
$125/day per diem while traveling
Relocation assistance is negotiable
Car/cell phone allowance provided up to $800/month
