Work Schedule – Hybrid: 3 days onsite & 2 days WFH
Pay Rate – $19.6/Hr. on W2
Duration – 12+ Month contract to hire role
Job Description:
· Field Facing Service Professionals will handle incoming phone calls, if needed escalations and resolve concerns regarding various compensation inquiries for Brokerage accounts.
· Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics.
· Functional support areas include Brokerage Financial Advisor Compensation or financial-related inquiries.

· Ability to contribute in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
· Aptitude to multi-task and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service center.
Education Level
· Bachelor's Degree
· Recent grad (finance/economics/business administration) can apply.
