Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a manufacturing company located in Midway, GA that is looking to add a few Inventory Clerks to their team! We are looking for candidates that have experience with inventory management as well as experience utilizing ERP systems to input inventory data!

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels align with demand and company needs.

Conduct routine cycle counts and full physical inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies.

Monitor stock levels and place orders to replenish inventory as needed.

Track incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure accuracy in warehouse and production areas.

Identify and resolve inventory issues such as missing, damaged, or miscounted items.

Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures to improve efficiency.

Enter and update inventory data into the ERP system to ensure real-time tracking.

Generate inventory reports, analyze trends, and provide insights on stock movement.

Process purchase orders, receipts, and adjustments through the ERP system.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.

Work closely with warehouse and production teams to maintain seamless inventory flow.

Ensure all inventory handling complies with safety and regulatory standards.
