About the Position:
Under the direction of the VP of Sales, the Beauty Solutions Inside Salon Support Assistant is responsible for providing sales and customer support to the Beauty Solutions, LLC house accounts as well as accounts within temporarily vacant regional territories.
Duties and Responsibilities
Promote sales of product promotions and intros to new and existing customer accounts.
Follow-up on cold & warm leads to further the sales process and close new business.
Develop meaningful relationships with customers and strengthen company trust & loyalty.
Understand and communicate product knowledge of each brand and product to the new and existing clientele.
Meet sales goals and company initiatives set by leadership.
Improve Sales to the Beauty Solutions, LLC house accounts.
Generate, maintain, and advance sales in temporarily vacant regional territories.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, and customer service.
Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Excellent presentation and closing skills.
Basic financial understanding of value, cost, retail, and return on investment.
Strong understanding of basic to intermediate computer functions and Microsoft applications.
Must be authorized to work in the US.

Ability to send and receive numerous phone calls, emails, and text message inquiries from clients repeatedly throughout daily hours of operation.
Must be available for occasional weekend or evening hours as required by the company for educational events, meetings, and training.
Ability to remain seated at a counter or desk for periods of no more than 4 hours at a time.
Frequently required to operate a computer or other office equipment such as a printer or copier.
