Requirements:

-Must pass a drug test

Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Pay: $24/hr - $26/hr, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Uphold company policies and procedures as outlined in the corporate handbook.

Lead and guide a team of employees involved in production, including machine operators, inspectors, and fabricators.

Coordinate work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to achieve goals set by the supervisor.

Inspect materials, products, and equipment to identify defects or malfunctions.

Monitor operations to ensure compliance with production standards using various gauges, dials, and indicators.

Train employees on equipment operation, safety procedures, and best practices.

Interpret blueprints, job orders, and company policies for workers to ensure proper execution of tasks.

Analyze production schedules, work orders, and reports to assess production requirements and performance.

Set up and adjust machines and equipment to optimize production efficiency.

Skills Required:

At least 2 years of experience operating Press Brake machines, such as Amada, Cincinnati, or Trumpf.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in setting up and operating machines for cutting, shearing, punching, bending, or straightening metal or plastic materials.

Proven experience in leading or supervising a team.

Strong understanding of production processes, with effective communication skills in both oral and written forms.
