What You'll Handle:

Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents

Advising clients on probate proceedings, tax implications, and wealth transfer strategies

Managing client relationships from consultation through closing

Explaining legal concepts in plain, reassuring language

What You Bring:

3+ years of transactional experience in trusts, estate planning, and probate law

Strong client communication and interpersonal skills

Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania

Highly organized with a client-first mindset

Ability to independently manage files while maintaining a personal, empathetic approach
