Shift: 2nd Shift Monday–Thursday: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM Friday: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM

• MIG (Pulse Arc) on 12 GA Steel

• Multiple positions: downhill butt weld, fillet, overhead

Job Description

We are currently hiring a skilled Structural Welder to join our Tulsa-based team. This role involves interpreting blueprints, setting up and operating welding equipment, and ensuring welds meet rigorous quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specific welding requirements

• Set up and operate welding machines, adjusting settings such as amperage, voltage, slope, and pulse as needed

• Inspect welding equipment and accessories for proper functionality and safety

• Determine appropriate welding techniques, positioning, and jigs based on specifications and material thickness

• Guide electrodes or welding guns accurately along weld lines, using visual and auditory cues to maintain correct depth and quality

• Select efficient welding processes to support movement of raw or finished materials

• Examine welds for bead size, cracks, and defects; perform or recommend corrective actions

• Clean and grind welds, remove slag and splatter for a smooth finish

• Prepare parts by grinding, degreasing, or cleaning to meet quality standards

• Safely operate manlifts and cranes for material handling and positioning

• Assist with additional tasks as directed to support team operations and production goals
