Job Title: Shop Helper

Location: Sapulpa, OK

Shift: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

Pay Rate: $18/hour

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Position Overview:

We are hiring a Shop Helper to support our fabrication team in a dynamic industrial environment. This role involves working with overhead cranes, forklifts, power equipment, and other heavy machinery, and is designated as a safety-sensitive position.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Assist skilled craftsmen with daily tasks related to fabrication and production.

· Safely work around cranes, forklifts, trucks, and other industrial machinery.

· Meet productivity expectations as outlined in company work instructions.

· Maintain high workmanship standards aligned with company quality requirements.

· Follow all established safety protocols and procedures.

· Uphold 5S principles for organization and cleanliness.

· Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a willingness to contribute to project efficiency and safety.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

· Basic experience in a fabrication or industrial shop environment

· Ability to operate overhead cranes and power tools

· Proficiency in reading and writing basic shop communications

· Competence in using a standard tape measure

· Willingness to learn how to read shop drawings and interpret bills of materials

· Strong desire and capacity to learn new skills and grow with the team
