Position Summary
Signify Health is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Automation and UX Manager to lead our efforts in streamlining digital engagement processes and enhancing user experiences across our online platforms. This pivotal role will be responsible for identifying opportunities for automation, designing and implementing automated workflows, and ensuring our digital interfaces are intuitive, efficient, and user-centric. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both automation technologies and UX/UI principles, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results.
What will you do?
Automation Strategy and Implementation:
Identify and evaluate manual, repetitive digital engagement processes that are suitable for automation.
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital automation strategy aligned with business objectives and efficiency goals.
Lead the selection, implementation, and management of automation tools and technologies (e.g., RPA, workflow automation platforms, chatbots).
Design, build, test, and deploy automated workflows and solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Monitor and analyze the performance of implemented automation solutions, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
Collaborate with IT and other relevant teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions with existing systems.
Excellent communicator, trainer and mentor to internal and external support teams
User Experience (UX) Leadership:
Champion a user-centered design approach across all digital touchpoints (website, applications, portals).
Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture to guide design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
Collaborate closely with UI designers and developers to ensure the seamless implementation of user-centric designs.
Establish and maintain UX guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all digital products.
Analyze website and application analytics to identify areas for UX improvement and optimization.
Stay abreast of the latest UX/UI trends, technologies, and best practices.
Team Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and operation teams, to understand their needs and identify opportunities for automation and UX enhancements.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels regarding automation initiatives and UX strategies.
Potentially manage and mentor a small team of automation specialists or UX designers as the team grows.
Document automation processes and UX design specifications clearly and concisely.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Business Administration, or a related field
8+ years of experience in digital marketing, automation, process improvement, and/or user experience design
Healthcare experience
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, methodologies, and best practices
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot and other automation platforms
Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus
Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) preferred

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $132,600.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
