Grinder First Shift

Our client is seeking a 1st Shift Grinder/Polisher to join their team. In this role, you will be part of the production department supporting a skilled team dedicated to precision and quality. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Grinder/Polisher - 1st Shift

Location: Rice Lake, WI

Pay Range: $17/hr

What's the Job?

Cleans, deburrs, polishes, or grinds items of metal using hand tools or powered equipment.

Deburr parts with file, wire brush, or buffing cloth.

Polishes parts using portable grinder, sander, buffer, or deburring tool.

Changes tools on powered equipment as necessary.

Cleans interior surfaces using hand tools or sand blaster.

What's Needed?

Ability to operate hand tools and powered equipment effectively.

Experience in metal finishing, grinding or similar roles is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.

Strong work history in an industrial setting.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
