General Laborer

**General Laborers Needed – Immediate Start in Airway Heights, WA**

**Pay: $20–$24/hour + Full Benefits**

**Shifts Available: Day & Swing**

We’re hiring motivated **General Laborers** to join our team in Airway Heights! If you're ready to work with steel, learn new skills, and grow in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Handle and transport steel plates (up to 75 lbs)

+ Read and interpret blueprints for layout and assembly

+ Use hand and power tools (grinders, magnetic drills, tape measures)

+ Prepare materials for welding (cleaning, rust removal)

+ Track parts using internal software

+ Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided)

+ Organize and deliver pre-cut steel plates to machining areas

**Ideal Candidate**

+ Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs regularly

+ Experience in metal fabrication, grinding, or assembly is a plus

+ Eager to learn and work in a team-oriented environment

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
