**Job Title: Fabrication Operator**
**Job Description**
As a Fabrication Laborer, you will operate the punch press and press brake, troubleshoot machine issues, and perform other fabrication tasks as needed. You will also operate the spot welder and have the opportunity to train in welding and other duties. If ambitions to learn building maintenance ace there will be the opportunity to be floating between that as well.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate the punch press and press brake.
+ Troubleshoot machine issues.
+ Assist in building crates and perform fabrication tasks.
+ Operate the spot welder as needed.
+ Train in welding and other duties.
+ Read and interpret blueprints.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in grinding, shearing, and using punch presses.
+ Proficiency in operating a press brake and spot welder.
+ Knowledge of sheet metal, welding, and fabrication processes.
+ Ability to read blueprints.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 1+ year of experience in sheet metal manufacturing.
+ Open to candidates with no experience who possess a great attitude and willingness to learn.

**Work Environment**
Work in a large, clean, and organized fabrication shop that includes a brake press, turret/laser, welding stations, assembly, and painting. The company fabricates custom elevator cabs for clients nationwide. The work schedule is Monday-Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
