Framing Lead

**About role:**

Aerotek is seeking an experienced Framing Lead to oversee rough framing for commercial and high-end custom home projects. This role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in layout and framing of walls, flooring systems, and structural components.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Lead and manage a team of laborers to efficiently execute framing projects.

+ Layout and frame walls, flooring systems, and structural components with precision.

+ Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained throughout the project.

+ Coordinate with other team members to optimize workflow and project timelines.

**Qualifications & Skills:**

+ 3+ years of experience in framing or equivalent carpentry.

+ Proven experience working as a foreman or lead.

+ Proficiency in using framing tools, including air compressors, nail guns, man lifts, and hand tools.

+ Bonus: Experience with rough carpentry and structural steel.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
