Job Description: A biotechnology company based in MA is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their Digital team on a part-time basis, working 20 hours per week. The team is focused on adding Electronic Batch Records (EBR) to their current MES Platform (Tempo). They are in the process of doing this in their Norwood Site and Australia site. The PM will help with overseeing this project and ensure it is done on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), particularly with Tempo, but any MES experience is relevant. This role involves managing projects within the MES space to ensure successful implementation and operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee MES projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
Provide training and support to users on MES systems.
Compensation:
$70/hour to $80/hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements
Qualifications:
5+ years experience working with MES systems as an analyst, engineer, admin. etc.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the MES/Manufacturing space (Understanding of manufacturing processes and systems)
Agile experience
Previous experience managing large-scale, complex projects (think complexity working with multiple groups/stakeholders vs. big budget)
Jira Experience Experience with project management tools and software.
PMP or CSM cert null
