Software Engineer (Java/SQL) – Innovation-Focused Team

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join a forward-thinking and collaborative engineering team working on strategic initiatives in a complex, high-impact technical environment. This is a long-term contract role with potential for full-time conversion in the future.

What You’ll Do

Contribute to new feature development and support of existing systems

Work closely with cross-functional teams across the business

Learn and adapt to new technologies in a fast-paced environment

Potential for future participation in an on-call rotation

Engage with API development and Salesforce-based systems

Contract through end of 2025 with strong likelihood of extension or conversion (SE2/SE3 level based on experience)

Expected Experience: 3–5 years in backend or full-stack development roles
