Job Store Professional is seeking an Embedded/Electrical Engineer for a Direct Hire role with a Longmont, CO-based company specializing in the design and manufacture of vacuum measurement and control instrumentation.
In this role, you'll have the chance to "wear many hats," allowing for growth and skill expansion. We're looking for risk-takers who are eager to learn, adaptable, and excited about contributing to cutting-edge product development.
Monday- Friday 8-5 onsite Longmont CO
Salary Range $100K-110K annually
Responsibilities:
Support and develop new and existing product lines.
Work with Sales and Marketing to understand customer needs.
Lead or collaborate on product development, handling both hardware and firmware design.
Serve as Project Engineer, ensuring timely project completion.
Prepare technical documentation and support testing and production.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues alongside Customer Service.
Partner with Purchasing to manage vendor relationships. Requirements:
BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
2+ years of product development experience.
Experience with firmware, hardware design, schematic capture, and board layout (OrCad preferred).
Strong C/C++ skills for embedded systems; RTOS experience is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
Passion for technology and innovation, with experience in vacuum technologies or semiconductor manufacturing a plus.
