Summary This position for The Defense Information Systems Agency is at J4 -MSO/WORKFORCE SVCS AND DEV, Fort Meade, Maryland.

Responsibilities Serves as the Agency's Program Manager for all Real Estate, Facilities, Property, and Logistics at all DISA locations.

Exercises professional judgement, initiative, and leadership while directing, coordinating, and representing DISA with internal and external contacts.

Formulates space plans for all DISA facilities.

Serves as the point of contact for asset management, logistics, internal management controls, mail services, and new technologies.

Exercises delegated authority to oversee the overall planning, direction, and timely execution of complex and technical logistical and administrative programs.

Approve/disapprove personnel actions.

Assists the Workforce Services and Development Director in managing assigned programs.

Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Time in Grade: For entry at the GS-15 level, status applicants must have served 52 weeks as a GS-14 or higher grade in the Federal Service.

Specialized Experience: For the GS-14, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to the GS-15 grade level in the Federal service, or comparable in difficulty and responsibility to GS-14 if outside the Federal service.

Specialized experience is defined as experience managing real estate program planning, budgeting, and execution of real estate and supply services and resources; and providing recommendations and direction for real estate projects and objectives in accordance with policies and regulations.

In addition to meeting the specialized experience requirements, qualified applicants must also possess the quality of experience as it relates to how closely or to what extent an applicant's background, recency of experience, education, and training are relevant to the duties and responsibilities of the announced position.

Candidates must clearly demonstrate the possession of competencies necessary to successfully perform the work of the position at the appropriate level to be qualified for the position.

Competencies: Communication, Contracting/Procurement, Leadership, and Planning and Evaluating Qualification and time-in-grade requirements must be met within 30 days after the closing date of this announcement.

Education There is no substitution of education for specialized experience at the GS-15 grade level.

Additional Information A one year probationary or trial period may be required.

Telework availability will be based upon the mission requirements and supervisory determination.

This position is subject to completion of 1 year probationary period for assignment to a supervisory position.

Individuals tentatively selected for drug testing designated positions at the Defense Information Systems Agency will be required to submit to urinalysis for illegal drugs prior to appointment or placement.

This position requires pre-employment and periodic counter-intelligence polygraph exams.

This is a covered position and the person selected for this position must complete an OGE Form 450, Confidential Financial Disclosure Report within 30 days of appointment pursuant to 5 CFR 2634.903(b) (DoD 5500.7). This position has been designated as "Mission Essential." Incumbent will be required to report to work or relocate to a new duty location, within the United States, in times of local/national emergency.

To be well-qualified and exercise selection priority for this vacancy, displaced Federal employees must be rated at 85 or above on the rating criteria for this position.
