Role: Project Manager- ServiceNow

Qualifications:

Experience in handling onshore-offshore model projects.

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on ServiceNow projects.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform modules ( ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery).

Strong experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks; Scrum Master certification is a plus.

Proven track record of managing complex projects, meeting deadlines, and achieving project milestones within budget.
