Job Location: Ripon, California

Job Type: Temporary

Pay Rate: $23-$23.80/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day or Swing shift:

7am to 3:30pm

3pm to 11:30pm

Description of Position:

Do you have experience working in a winery warehouse, particularly on a bottling line or rework project? We're looking for reliable and detail oriented candidates to join a dynamic team supporting rework operations at one of our client's production lines. This is a hands on role that directly impacts product quality and food safety standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Move wine boxes from cases onto conveyor belts for rework operations.

Perform special projects including labeling, reclaim, recoup, and repack tasks.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas (housekeeping & groundskeeping duties).

Operate warehouse machinery and follow safety standards at all times.

Differentiate and quarantine non-conforming products as needed.

Assist with material handling tasks such as dunnage, air bagging, and slip sheeting.

Utilize scan guns, computers, and other technology to track inventory and workflows.

Complete required documentation for quality assurance and operational audits.

Participate in safety meetings and continuous improvement efforts.

Fill in or assist Warehouse Utility Techs when required.

Description of Company:

You will be supporting a well-established winery in Ripon, California.

Experience Required:

Must be 18 years or older

Previous experience in general labor or warehouse work is required (winery experience preferred)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, bend, stoop, and twist throughout the shift

Experience with powered pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus

Must be able to work independently, maintain a strong attention to detail, and follow instructions.

Must read, understand, and communicate effectively in English

Willingness to work varied shifts, overtime, and outdoors in various weather conditions

Must be able to pass applicable tests and screenings
