Job Summary:

Stratus is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Architecture to lead design and project management efforts while fostering strong client relationships. This role requires a licensed architect with experience in both design and project execution, as well as business development responsibilities in a seller-doer capacity.

Primary Essential Functions:

Lead architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring design excellence and technical accuracy.

Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet client and firm expectations.

Serve as the primary client liaison, fostering strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to drive project success.

Oversee project documentation, quality control, and compliance with codes and regulations.

Participate in business development efforts, including proposal development and client presentations.

Qualifications:

Licensed Architect.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an ABET-accredited school.

5-7 years of experience in architectural design and project management.

Proven experience in client-facing roles with strong relationship-building skills.

Ability to balance project leadership with business development (seller-doer model).

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Company Description
