The Allure Group is a consortium of six rehabilitation centers across Brooklyn and Manhattan, NY, specializing in post-acute and sub-acute skilled nursing and rehabilitation. As an Assistant Director of Nursing at The Allure Group, you would be part of a winning team doing meaningful work to improve residents' quality of life, health, and comfort.

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADN) Responsibilities

Assist the Director of Nursing Services in day-to-day administrative functions

Make written or oral reports to necessary personnel

Monitor and maintain the infection control procedures and policies of the facility

Participate in the developing, planning, conducting, and scheduling of staff development classes, training, and orientation

Review and revise care plans and assessments

Make rounds of the nursing service department to ensure that all nursing service personnel are performing their work duties

Monitor absenteeism to maintain an adequate number of nursing care personnel

Maintain a liaison with the residents, their families, support departments, etc.

Assistant Director of Nursing Requirements

Valid NYS RN license

Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations that pertain to long-term care

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

COVID-19 Vaccination

Preferred

Previous experience in long-term care

Previous experience with Point Click Care
