Job Overview

The Retail team at Earthley is seeking a Class Coordinator to manage and lead the in-store class experience. This individual will schedule and teach in-store classes, coordinate with internal and external instructors, manage class materials and logistics, and assist with recipe development and recording classes for training purposes. The ideal candidate understands the importance of education in the wellness space and can create a welcoming and professional environment. We are looking for a strong communicator, an organized self-starter, and a team-oriented leader who is passionate about natural wellness and thrives in a dynamic, customer-facing setting.

Objectives of This Role

Manage the scheduling, planning, and execution of all in-store classes

Actively teach engaging and informative classes to customers and staff

Coordinate with instructors and internal teams to ensure seamless class operations

Assist in recipe development and class content accuracy

Support training efforts by recording select classes for internal use

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and organize in-store classes and materials

Schedule classes and vet internal and external instructors

Coordinate logistics and prepare materials for each class

Lead instruction of scheduled in-store classes and foster an engaging learning environment

Collaborate with the R&D team to test and improve class recipes

Record designated classes and assist with training video production

Assist with daily store tasks such as helping customers and maintaining a clean and organized space

Perform additional duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Confident public speaking and teaching abilities

Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes

Proficiency with scheduling and basic video recording tools

Ability to multitask and coordinate several moving parts

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in education, teaching, or training roles

Knowledge of or passion for natural health and wellness

Familiarity with recipe development or cooking instruction

Experience coordinating events or classes in a retail environment
