Location: Administration
Position: 12 Months (year-round); 8 Hours
FLSA: Non-Exempt 7
Open Date: 5/23/2025
Closing Date: 6/2/2025
Starting Pay: $20.70/hour (and up depending on experience)
Essential Job Functions: Under the general direction of the Executive Director of Human Resources, this generalist will be responsible for correlating, analyzing, and validating district and employee data prior to submitting to state, federal and outside agencies; researching and resolving inconsistencies that develop; and will act as a liaison between DESE and Parkway. The generalist will also be in charge of updating academic and work year calendars, coordinating student-teaching and observation placements, as well as hiring for summer school camps and other operations employees as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
Very proficient skills in Microsoft Excel and Google
Prefer knowledge of Parkway databases (MUNIS, PARS, OCG), and information systems (Infinite Campus, DESE MOSIS)
Prefer four-year degree
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Deadline and very detail-oriented
Strong problem-solving skills and orientation
Excellent analytical skills with proven track record of analyses and compilation of data
