We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our rapidly growing clinic. This key role blends exceptional customer service with administrative support, including managing patient communications, scheduling treatments, coordinating follow-ups, and handling billing. You’ll also support our expanding sales and marketing efforts by responding to leads, educating prospective patients about our services, and helping convert inquiries into appointments. What You’ll Do:
Be the face of our clinic—greeting and guiding patients with professionalism and care
Answer phones and provide timely, friendly support to both new and returning patients
Respond to ad inquiries and leads via phone, text, or email to help convert interest into booked visits
Schedule treatments and follow-ups for services like hormone optimization, PRP therapy, shockwave therapy for ED, joint injections, and more
Educate patients about our regenerative medicine offerings and guide them through their care journey
Coordinate prescription refills and submit prior authorizations for medications
Track the patient journey, including treatment progress and follow-up timelines
Collect payments and handle billing accurately
Manage patient feedback and ensure every visit exceeds expectations
Support sales and marketing initiatives, including internal promotions and patient engagement
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support services.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred
A strong communicator with sales or marketing experience
Someone who thrives in a patient-centered environment
Energetic, compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with technology and multitasking in a dynamic clinic setting
Experience with EMRs, Google Suite, task management software such as Dockhealth or Asana are recommended
