Your new role

Oversee 5-8 projects at a time

Project size ranges between $250K - $3M

75% projects are local, 25% of the work are out of town

Manage project scheduling, buyouts and change orders

Lead cross-functional teams to success

Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders

Manage risks and ensure project success

Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers

Ensure compliance with safety regulations

What you'll need to succeed

Strong understanding of complex mechanical and electrical systems

Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and estimating change orders.

Ability to travel 1–2 times per month, typically for one night at a time.

Capability to handle multiple projects at a time

Proven experience with base building projects is preferred

Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC background is preferred.
