Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Structural Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for performing site inspections, determining causation of damages and overseeing civil and structural engineering tasks. This role is located in central and S Florida. The engineer will utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software for project development and collaborate closely with the project team to ensure structural integrity and compliance with best practice industry standards. This is an inspection position, applicants can live anywhere in South Florida to fulfil this position. ONLY licensed engineers located within the state of Florida need apply.

Qualifications

Expertise in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering

Proficiency in Structural Analysis and performing Calculations

Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering

Professional Engineer (PE) license required

Experience in the construction industry and estimating or project management is a great plus
